The following screens will guide you through identifying yourself using your personal information for the purpose of claiming a Health AD account that was newly created for you. You will be provided with your Health AD account name that is typically based on your first initial and last name, in lowercase letters. You will be able to set a password for your new account. Please record the account information for future use.
What is a Health AD account?
What is a Health AD account and when can you start using yours? You will use your account to log on to most computers at UCD Health as well as the Citrix Program Neighborhood and the Citrix web portal (HSAPPS). You can also use your account to log onto applications such as Ecotime and Teletracking. Your account can NOT be used to access the electronic health record system (EMR) or the email system (Microsoft Exchange). Finally, if you set the password for your account before your official start date at UCD Health, you won't be able to use your account before then.
